I'm not one of those people, who will whip up a smoothie or a really healthy juice every morning. I don't have the time or the patience to clean up the kitchen after it. But every once in a while I decide to mix something quickly together and usually, it looks something like this:

I decided to share this “recipe” because it’s quick and easy, seriously dummy-proof.

What you will need:

  • a banana
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a handful of blueberries
  • two tablespoons of greek yoghurt
  • a little bit of water

That’s it. Throw them in the mixer, blend and you are done! If you want to make it sweeter you can add some honey, but to be honest, the banana makes it taste sweet enough. On really hot summer days you can also swap the water to ice cubes, but I wouldn’t leave it out, otherwise, it can be quite thick. You can also sprinkle some chia seeds on top for extra nutritional value. Voila, that’s it. Easy & tasty!
