I was in need of a new Beauty Blender, and when I was in Boots I saw this. I immediately thought it looks a lot like the original Beauty Blender, I'll have to give this a go and see how it compares. I was a bit sceptical, as the Miracle Complexion Sponge was never really my favourite. It was ok, but for me, it never lived up to the expectations, it just wasn't soft enough. So how did this pink beauty perform?

Although as the name suggests, this was designed to be used for contouring and highlighting purposes, I found it perfect for applying foundation and blending in concealer. The bigger side is great for dabbing in foundation and when I get to my concealer I just turn it around. The small end fits perfectly under my eyes.

Another thing I like is how soft it feels! My problem with the orange sponge was its stiffness. This one feels just like the original beauty blender. Finally, an affordable dupe, hooray.

I’m yet to find anything I dislike about this tool. Now I’ve used it for the past couple of weeks, and it’s holding up great.

The miracle sculpting sponge is easy to get your hands on and a lot cheaper than the original pink sponge. They are both cruelty-free, so it’s really your choice which one you go for, in the end, it just comes down to which shape you prefer.

What’s your favourite beauty sponge? Let me know, please.

Have a lovely day!
