Another Friday another Lipstick bingo. In this weeks post, we have the Milani Amore Mattalics lip creme in the shade Matte about You. After two more neutral looks this week we are back in the colorful zone. Yeey.
As with every other colorful eye look, I have started with my eyes.
It will come as no surprise, that I’ve primed my eyes with the Urban Decay Eden primer potion. For my eyeshadow look, I’ve only reached for one palette this week, and it was The Mini Magic palette by Juvia’s Place. To set the primer I dusted the shade Kesi all over the lid. Then I’ve blended the red shade, Kogi in my crease and deepened it up with the warm-toned brown Zakiya. I also used the same combination on the outer corner of my lid. To give the look a bit of a kick I’ve applied Boronu in the inner portion of my mobile lid. To brighten up the inner corner I blended Nubia in the inner corner. I also wanted to add a liner this week, but in usual Szandra style, nothing too intense. I decided to go for the Milani brown Fierce foil eyeliner. (I couldn’t find these on the website anymore, so they might have been discontinued).
On the bottom lashline, I followed the same process as on the top. Kogi on the outer portion, Boronu on the middle and Nubia in the inner corner.
To frame my eyes I’ve added Make Up Forever’s Aqua eyeliner in black to my waterline and to finish it I’ve added a coat of Too Faced Better than sex mascara.
To shape my eyebrows I’ve only used my Benefit Browzings kit.
To ensure I have an even canvas I’ve smoothed the Ordinary High-spreadability Fluid primer all over my face. The foundation of my choice was the Charlotte Tilbury Light wonder foundation and I’ve paired it with the Collection Lasting perfection concealer. I’ve set it all with the Glow Brilliant powder from the Bare Minerals Translucent Powder Duo.
For a natural flush, I’ve applied a really neutral blush shade from the Makeup Revolution Sugar and Spice Ultra Blush palette. I wanted to have a really natural highlight with this look and I went with the Strobe highlighter in the shade Moon Glow Lights from Makeup Revolution as well.
In addition to the Milani Mattalics Lip cream, I’ve also lined my lips with the Nyx Slide on lip pencil in the shade Rosey Sunset. It complimented the lip cream perfectly. I also had to add a bit of clear lipgloss on top of it once it dried, as it became a bit too uncomfortable.
That is this look wrapped up.
What do you think? Which one is your favorite look so far in the lipstick bingo series? If you would like to see my previous creations I’ll link them here so you can have a look.
