As someone who lives in West London, I was excited to learn about the opening of the new wing of Westfield. Other than John Lewis they have a selection of new shops and also an All Star Bowling and a mini golf place are on their way.

Anyway the other day we went to the cinema and I was really desperate for a hand cream. Usually, I always have one in my handbag, but that day I didn’t and since I knew that Molton Brown is cruelty-free I quickly raided their shelves.

After a quick search, I went for the delicious rhubarb & rose hand cream. It really smells delicious, like a fresh rhubarb pie. If you like fruity and citrusy scents this will be right up your street. They have other products with the same smell, and I have to say I’m really tempted.

The formula is a bit more on the thick side, but it absorbs really quickly and the smell lingers for a couple of minutes. Unlike some other hand creams, it leaves absolutely no sticky feeling behind.

All of Molton Browns packaging is sleek and simple and I absolutely adore it. Not like it really matters, but they look really chic and sophisticated.

It costs £10 for 40ml which is more on the expensive side, but you only need a peasized amount.

I got a little sample of the dewy lily of the valley & star anise bath & shower gel (quite a mouthful) and that smells heavenly, too. Just like walking through a lovely meadow full of flowers in the sunny spring/summer weather. If you are into your strong floral scents you can’t really go wrong with this.

I haven’t used it yet, but I will go away for 5 days in a little while so I will pack this and see how it performs. The full bottle is £20, but if I only need a little and that smell lingers I might pick it up. I’ll have to see.

Have you ever used any products from the brand? Anything worth trying?

Have a lovely day!
